NeuroBalance Project In-Person: 880 Monon Grn Blvd, Suite 78, Carmel, IN 46032

We provide both group and individual sessions tailored for new administrators and SPED teachers, Teachers of Record (TOR), paraprofessionals, instructional assistants, parents, guardians, and caregivers to develop a comprehensive understanding of the laws and procedures governing IDEA and the Special Education landscape. Our sessions delve into the IEP process and Section 504, equipping participants with a robust foundational knowledge that enables effective collaboration with the school team and families. We strive to create an environment where adults can ask all their questions to fully understand the SPED process. Our objective is to deliver a high-quality educational experience that empowers both the school and families to become informed advocates, fostering collaboration for all students and promoting positive engagement as one cohesive team.

At the NeuroBalance Project, we partner with school teams and parents, guardians and caregivers to enhance the effectiveness of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and 504 accommodations by applying a comprehensive neuropsychological perspective. Our service bridges neuroscience insight with educational practice, ensuring that accommodations and supports are grounded in an understanding of each student's unique brain profile. By interpreting cognitive, emotional, and behavioral functioning through a developmental lens, we help tailor interventions that are not only legally compliant but also neurologically informed. This approach promotes relevant and meaningful learning experiences, fosters positive brain development, and supports long-term academic and functional success for students with diverse learning needs.
